Activities and Associated Documentary Requirements: 1 The exporter process documents to obtain SAPTA certificate. These documents include Undertaking letter, Association membership letter, proforma invoice, packing list, ERC, copy of CAD, original copy of Chalan fee. 2After attaching all necessary documents, the exporter submits the application form to EPB. 3 EPB verifies all documents 4 If submitted documents meet the requirements, the EPB decides to issue the certificate. If not satisfied the application is denied. 5 If satisfied with the documents the EPB issues SAPTA Certificate to the exporter
